what the heck. hahah, maybe the thing i gonna tell is lousy for someone expert in graphic designing. but, for a beginner this is a good step to create an amazing pictures. i gonna tell you how to colour the selected region.
here, i’m using GIMP. but, you also can use PhotoShop. but, i love GIMP much.

Procedure (macam nak buat lab report la plak)

first of all, you must open your GIMP (kalau tak buka, nak buat camne). then, click file>open. and you can choose your favorite pic.

...i chose this picture, don't bother about the song i heard...

after you get your best picture, duplicate the image (ctrl+D).

...the page will become like this, step 2...

then, you need to change the colour of the duplicated image become black and white by choosing the mode grayscale. remember, change back to RGB after that, the black and white will still remain.

...change back to RGB!!!...

leave the duplicated imae. now, you can minimize it and it will be used next. Now, you need to make a new layer. click on the new layer button.

...read the text in box, there is the button...

...make sure it is transprence...

...new layer...

then, change the name of the new layer to black and white

...change its name...

this time you need to maximize back the grayscale image. copy the grayscale image (ctrl+A and then ctrl+C). then, open back the colour image, paste onto it (ctrl+V). the coloured image should change to grayscale. now you can leave the original grayscale image forever…wahaha

...look, the layer view, make sure it look like this, the color also change...

then, anchor the paste image 

...look the yellow box description, the anchor button is there...

...then the layer view look like this...

right click on black and white layer. add layer mask with white (full opacity).

...click on white(full opacity)...

then, choose paint brush tool. use suitable scale. make sure the foreground colour is black.

...better use suitable size...

then, colour the selective part you want. handle the mouse carefully.

...zoom it when goes to complex part, use small size...

finish…here is the result..welldone

...and then save it in jpeg format...

...now you can use it...

what is this? shoes? radio? mp3? huhuh, i just wanna laugh and shake my head when i first saw this ‘cool’ stuff. its name DADA Code M. it’s looking funny right. actually it’s a pair of athletic shoes which combined with wireless music player device. the control is integrated into shoe’s heel with memory storage about 100 songs and 6 hours battery life. there is USB port on lateral side of shoe which allows recharging the battery and downloading music file. listen the music via headset is the best way.

are we really going to use this as our sport shoes? for me, nonsense. i will not listening to my stinky shoes. whether it’s a new thing for me. i cant stop laughing at it. how i’m gonna use it? can you imagine when i’m back from jogging maybe, i wanna listen my favorite music while i watch TV. i put it on my mom’s sofa. what my mom going to say? “get that stinky shoe off of my sofa!” that’s what she’s gonna shout.

the price are really ‘affordable’ too. it’s around rm800+. this shoes will definitely give you some serious attention.

enough if i have DiCa*, Nikon S210. more awesome if i could own DSLR* camera. but, it’s too expensive. now, i’m on saving the money to buy some cool gadget, iPod touch. hope someday i will have it on my hand.
